Medireg is the clinical information system of the private software company AS Medisoft. Via a central HL7 interface it exchanges clinical data with the national health information system (TIS); practically all traffic is with the health IT centre TEHIK. A private system — no RIHA entry; classification inferred from the logs.
Two clusters — the main HL7 data stream (practically the entire volume) and a small maintenance layer. Shares are daily averages over Dec 2025 – May 2026.

How do the roughly 403,000 calls/day flow from the service clusters to the consumers?
24-hour distribution of requests to Medisoft.
What the aggregate data reveals about Medisoft.
Practically all Medisoft calls run through the single hl7 endpoint — a compact, high-frequency clinical HL7 sync (about 403,000/day).
Practically 100 % of the load comes from the health IT centre (TEHIK). Medireg is not a cross-cutting register but a dedicated HL7 supplier to the national health system.
At about 574 ms average per call, Medireg is slower than address or identity services — HL7 messages are voluminous XML structures.
