Ametlikud Teadaanded (AT) is Estonia's Official Announcements — the digital publication platform for all legally required public notices: insolvencies, inheritance notices, licence revocations, opening of proceedings. Published under the Ministry of Justice, operated by the Centre of Registers (RIK); read by notaries, lawyers, authorities and commercial data providers.
The AT services fall into four clusters — announcement search (the main load), delivery & publisher view, submit & correct, and service discovery. Shares are daily averages over Dec 2025 – May 2026.
